A few things about Ava

Ava went to nursery a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I hope eventually she will stay the whole time so Chris and I can just each have one child to deal with through most of church. This is definately not the face we get now when we say we are going to nursery, but she is doing pretty well all things considered!

Emptying the baggie drawer has now become part of her morning routine, along with putting things in and splashing in the toilet any chance she gets!
Her hair gets sooo crazy when she in on our new furniture. Major static!

In the garage riding the lawnmower! Maybe one of these days she will figure out there is a seat!

The other night at bedtime she wanted in her seat and we realized that we hadn't fed her dinner yet! I felt horrible! She then wanted four different drinks! She has seen her dad too many times with at least two or more drinks with meals! He at least usually has a diet coke, crystal light lemonade and water.

Caught playing on the computer which I know I am not supposed to do!

Ava still loves her bottle and wants one every time the boys have one! The yuckiest thing about it is that she still wants the watered down formula instead of regular milk. Any suggestions on getting her to quit are welcomed!

Perfectly Described

I found these onesies for the boys and I thought they described them to a tee!

DeMar Cousins

Whenever we get together with all the DeMar's we attempt to get a picture with all the grandkids sitting together without all of them screaming at once! The latest attempt worked out pretty well!

Griffin looks absolutely thrilled to be having his picture taken!

KFC Picnic

As long as I can remember my dad's favorite place to eat has been Kentucky Fried Chicken so last Monday night he suggested a picnic on the deck with KFC. It was such a nice day and a perfect way to kick off the warm Spring weather! I have so many memories growing up of getting KFC and going to the park to eat and play!

Tulip Festival

Friday afternoon we went to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point. There was only one small patch of tulips and the rest were late blooming this year so none of them were out yet. It was a grand waste of time if you went to see any tulips, and they didn't tell you that at the desk until you paid and walked around only to wonder where all the tulips were!

I ran into my friend Tiffany there! It was fun to catch up and visit for a minute since we haven't seen each other much the past few years!

Bath and Bedtime

I love putting the kids in the bath and washing off all the dirt after a long day of being outside! Baby lotion just makes them smell so sweet and bedtime is always a good time of the day!

Goodnight kisses for Griffin!

Goodnight kisses for Crew!

Feeding the ducks

This afternoon we went to the golf course to feed the ducks! Ava just ate every piece of bread or cheerios we gave her to feed to the ducks, but I think they still got plenty to eat!

Ava's first shot at golf! Dad would be so proud!

Afternoon at the Park

Saturday afternoon we ventured out to the park. It was so nice to be outside! The kids played for a while and Ava had a great time playing in the bark!

The boys enjoying their bottles!
