Little Gym Show Day

Last week was show day at Little Gym since it's the end of the semester! Ava was excited that dad and the dudes got to come with us so she could show them what she's learned!

Memorial Weekend

We had a relaxing holiday weekend! We had a b-bque, did a lot of swimming and hanging out with family, and more swimming! Hooray, we are so glad that Summer is finally here.

Unexptected Hospital Stay

Last week Crew had to stay in the hospital for a few days. He woke up from his nap really struggling to breathe, so I ran him to the pediatrician who sent me right over to check him into the hospital. He was there three days doing tests and getting his breathing under control. The conclusion is that he has asthma, which runs in our family so I have been around it quite a bit, but still was scary for him, poor little guy!

After Ava went to visit him and we came home she told me that "cruiser" has a new bedroom somewhere else. It was funny, I guess she thought he had moved, and Griffin was sure missing his buddy when he woke up in the morning wondering why he wasn't in his crib next to him.

He was soooo excited when Ava and Griffin came up to play with him and have lunch. He was following them down the hall saying "home, home" when they had to leave.

He was literally running out of the hospital when they told us he could go home. He jumped off the bed and ran all the way to the car. He's very happy to be home!

NICU Reunion

Every year the NICU has a reunion party so we took the kids to it, they love all the little games with prizes to win and most of all they were thrilled about the snow cones! I can't believe it's already been almost two years since they were born, time flies!

Tulip Festival

Friday morning we took a picnic lunch and went to Thanksgiving Point to walk around the Tulip Festival, which had already ended but all the flowers were still there. They were so pretty and bright, as opposed to last year when we went and none of them had bloomed yet.

Hooray for Spring

Lately we have been doing a lot of picnic's at the park, playing outside and enjoying the nice warm Spring weather.
