Soldier Hollow Sledding

We went night tubing with my dad's BYU ward up at Soldier Hollow. We had a fun time, although Ava wasn't able to go down the hills because she wasn't three, so she played in the snow for a few and stayed in the lodge with grandma most of the time while Chris and I went down a couple of runs!

In Memory

President Gordon B. Hinckley passed away this evening at the age of 97. He was an incredible man and had such an enthusiasm for life. Every time I heard him speak I felt the spirit and he made me feel like everything will be ok. We will greatly miss him as our beloved prophet.

Happy Birthday Lacey and Lindey

For Lacey and Lindey's birthdays all the girls went to lunch at Guru's and then we had a family get together in the evening. Happy Birthday to both of you, I couldn't ask for better sisters! We Love you!

Lacey turned the big "30" this year. Being thirty isn't so bad! Lacey has a fun-loving personality and is usually up for anything. She is a great mom to her kids, an awesome wife to rick and is involved in many school and church duties (which she does all of so well)! She has always been a great sister to me as well as one of my best friends! We hope you had a great birthday!

Lindey turned 21 this year and just celebrated their first wedding anniversary! Way to go! Lindey is a sensitive, caring person and always willing to help! Thanks for being a fun sister and friend! Hope you had a great day!

Four months old

The boys are four months old today. I can't believe how fast time goes by. They had a check-up and had to get shots but other than that they are growing well and doing great!

We are making progress with Ava not hitting them. It has been a few weeks now without her banging them on the head with her toys or something. She actually wants to hold them and give them loves now!

Happy New Year

New Year's Eve we went to the Demartini's for the annual Lobster dinner and to celebrate Mikayla's birthday. After we played a few games and then went next door and played games with my family until the traditional midnight countdown to 2008!

Happy Birthday Mikayla, we love you!

Everybody wanted a chance to wear the bling necklace!

Playing Pop 5, which is a really fun game. We hadn't ever played it before!

Papa went to Krispy Kreme for donuts!

Cousin Gift Exchange

The day after Christmas we got together for all the cousins to exchange their gifts!

Christmas Day

We spent Christmas being with family and had a fun day sharing time between Cox's and Demartini's.

Ava started out the morning asleep on my shoulder for a few before she woke up and saw that there were gifts to open.

Crew taking it easy after breakfast

Katherine and Kent

In the afternoon my dad went to use the restroom and when he lifted up the lid he was surprised to find that Ava had put her doll face up floating in the toilet and then put the lid down. Clearly it was not her favorite gift from Santa!

Big Wil looks pretty good in a pink santa hat, don't you think?

Trying to get the kids for a picutre in their Christmas outfits was nearly impossible. Ava kept wanting to sit on the boys instead of by them!
