I took the kids to get their pictures taken, the boys for their 6 month and Ava for her almost 18 months old. I didn't expect much because usually they don't all cooperate, and getting a picture with all of them together smiling didn't happen. Oh well, these are some of the ones I thought turned out cute!

Happy Easter
Saturday afternoon my family came over to dye eggs and have an egg hunt in the backyard. It's fun to see the kids so excited to hunt for treasures! We had an enjoyable Easter being with family!
Ava was sharing her sunglasses that the Easter bunny left in her basket. She insisted that the boys wear them too!
Sunday afternoon we had dinner and an egg hunt at the Demartini's!

Las Vegas
Last week Chris and I left all the kids for the first time and went to Las Vegas for the BYU Basketball tournament with Sean and Shelley. Shaley watched the kids for us and did great with all the craziness! It was fun to have some time to ourselves away and enjoy a fun weekend (even though BYU lost in the final game)!
The hotel had a fun waterslide and we all got a little sunburned for the first time of the season. It felt so nice just to be in the warm sunshine.

Chris enjoys the pool from the shade while reading the newspaper. His favorite thing about vacation is getting a big breakfast and reading the paper because I rarely make him breakfast at home these days!
It was fun to sit outside at the fireplace and fountains in the evening and have a good conversation and lots of laughs!

Girl: A Giggle with Pigtails
Headlock
This afternoon I laid the boys on the floor and went upstairs to fold laundry. Griffin started screaming, which he does often, so I wasn't worried and when I came down this is how I found the boys. Crew had Griffin in a headlock and was hitting the sides of his head with his feet. Griffin of course didn't really enjoy that!

BYU Research Study
The BYU Family Science Dept. called to have the boys come participate in one of their research studies, so Chris told them we would come up. They put this stretchy spongy electrode cap on them and measured their brain response to some sounds while watching different sized caterpillars on a tv. They were both really good, which I was surprised about, but they looked absolutely ridiculous in the little caps. We couldn't stop laughing!
