Lyla got a golden star at her four month post-surgery heart check-up last week. Her chest x-ray was clear, her
ekg was perfect and everything else looked great so we got rid of a couple of more medications, no more waking up every night at midnight to give her medication, and no more oxygen at night. Yahoo!

These were all her medications we started with after surgery. We're now down to only two and no oxygen. Amazing!
We started rice cereal and she's doing great. She's catching on pretty well and now will actually eat it instead of just leave it sitting in her cheeks.
I have three little helpers that like to feed her too!
We've been working for a few months now to get her to sit in the B
umbo without tipping over to the side or front and she can finally do it now. She's doing awesome! It's so exciting to see her be able to catch on to something new!
